Simon
the location is unbeatable—just a fifteen-minute stroll to the beach and a brisk ten-minute walk to Cavill Ave. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the area. the room was ground-level, clean, and tidy, equipped with everything I needed for my three-day getaway, all at a price that was hard to beat.
I did notice a slight concern: the room occasionally carried a faint smell of curry. While this didn't detract much from my enjoyment, it was a minor discomfort.

Thanks guys for an absolutely amazing stay by next visit. The units are neat, fantastic on how to work tv etc. Nice touch to have a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The location is lovely and magnificent, very close to everything...

Spent Christmas here and loved the key location! Super close to the beach and easy access to public transport made exploring a breeze. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, and I enjoyed the convenience of having a washer and dryer to keep everything fresh.
It was a bit of a letdown. The aircon barely cooled the top floor, and the internet was a disaster! I couldn’t get online, which really killed my holiday vibe. Plus, the spa was out of order, and we were freezing without enough blankets. Disappointing!

Tbh, had an amazing stay on holidays. Truly enjoyed our rooms for 2 bedroom. Extra touches like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave were a treat, staff were nice. The location was marvellous, right near everything cool in Surfers! A cool bonus was nearby Read Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

This hotel is in a great spot, close to shops and restaurants, plus it was really convenient to get to the beach despite the floods. the staff here were incredibly helpful right up until our departure day. 😊.

The reception process was a mess. I wasn't able to check into my room prior to getting ready to attend a wedding and had to get changed in the public toilets due to no staff on hand and a shambolic out of hours reception procedure. The phone and instructions to be used did not work and calls to the 'out of hours reception' were not answered or simply hung up on. This was very poor and I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family based on this.

Great accommodation at a very reasonable price, super friendly staff & a great location so close to central surfers.
Ignorant other guests (teenagers) in the pool who had no respect for little kids or a pregnant woman.

The fact that reception was NOT open the entire time we were there. You had to pay for the air conditioning
